About Julie

My health and wellness journey began eight years ago. I got to a point in my life where enough was enough. Something had to change. However, my story goes back further than that. When I was 12, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. Twelve years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.


My parents and grandparents have a history of heart disease and type two diabetes. After my mom went through two major heart surgeries I vowed to do whatever it takes to make sure that didn't happen to me. I want to be around for my family, to spend my empty nest years with my hubby, and spend time with my grandchildren being fit and healthy.


Eight years ago I never would have imagined that I would be eating green food, fruits, and veggies, but I am. Today, I am healthier than ever before!

I help women who are struggling with balancing healthy food and life in this busy world and gained weight, feel exhausted and tired. I help women with a system to get back on track with healthy foods, and ditch the diet mentality. I help women who never want to count calories or points.

I practice a  holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.Our approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.  Instead, we work with our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is  flexible, fun and rewarding.
